Metrocrest Services remains open and serving the community during COVID-1
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Metrocrest Services has assisted more of our neighbors during this short time than ever before, and the support of volunteers and the work they have performed has been critical to meet the overwhelming need.
Volunteers have filled many roles over the last several months, including unloading donations of food from the community, assembling food boxes at our warehouse, and working long and hot hours in the drive-thru Food Pantry. These are just a few areas in which our volunteers have been meeting the needs of our community.
Watch this great video about the impact a volunteer has on the community.
Although we’ve had tremendous amounts of help over the last couple of months, we are still seeing high numbers in all of our services and will continue to need volunteer support.
