VRBC offers and ESL class (English as a Second Language) on Mondays and Thursdays from 9:15 - 11:15. The class is open to anyone wanting to improve their English Speaking Skills. If you are interested in attending, please contact Amy Wilkins at awilkins@vrbc.net. The class is free and childcare is provided.
